• Late or No Show Appointments - A 15 minute grace period is allowed for appointments. Anything later will require a reschedule and a $30 late cancellation fee upon next appointment.

• Hair Prep - Hair must be combed and detangled prior to appointment. If detangling takes more than 10 minutes, a $50 detangling fee is required and added to your service total.

• Salon Environment - Please refrain from loud or distracting language (yelling, cursing, disturbing) so that all guests can have an equal relaxing experience.

​

• Extra Guests - Due to Covid-19 conditions, please make accommodations to one guest per visit.
